PRN Ambulance gathers and donates gifts from under its Angel Trees

PRN Ambulance continued its annual tradition of giving back for the holidays, gathering and donating gifts through The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program. An Angel Tree was placed at each PRN location in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, under which PRN team members donated gifts to fulfill the holiday wishes of families without the resources to provide gifts due to medical issues, unemployment, homelessness, medical issues or other difficult circumstances. Shortly before Christmas, PRN team members loaded a van full of gifts for delivery to The Salvation Army of Southern California and the families in need, and PRN couldn’t be more proud of all who helped with donations throughout the holiday season!...

Four earn promotions to manager, supervisor positions at PRN

PRN Ambulance has recently promoted four of its team members to new positions with the company. Bradford Adkins, Daniel Rowse, Jessie Celis and Eric Lundberg each moved into a management or supervisory role, receiving their much-deserved promotions after years of service to PRN and emergency medical services. Bradford Adkins, Operations Manager: Bradford Adkins earned a promotion to Operations Manager for PRN Ambulance, moving to the position from his role as PRN’s Station Manager in Glendale. Brad came to PRN in January 2016 with nearly three decades of EMS experience and his first role with the company was as an EMT. Brad has held numerous managerial positions in EMS, which has been invaluable to PRN operations. His accomplishments over the years include exemplary clinical performance reviews, commendations from several political constituents, and a Medal of Valor in 2014 for his teamwork, training and bravery exhibited during an active shooter incident. For more than a decade, Brad has also given back to the community in his free time, volunteering as an EMT Sheriff Air Medic. Daniel Rowse, Field Manager: PRN Ambulance promoted Daniel Rowse to a Field Manager position. An EMT for the past 15 years, Daniel joined PRN in April 2008 and his since earned roles as Field Training Officer and Officer of the Day. In addition to serving at PRN for nearly a decade, Daniel has served as a Clinical EMT Instructor as well as a Volunteer Instructor for the American Red Cross teaching classes on CPR and first aid. Josh Parker receives promotion to Director of Training & Safety

PRN Ambulance has completed a key promotion, appointing Josh Parker to the newly defined position of Director of Training & Safety. In his new role with PRN, Josh is responsible for risk and safety measures throughout the company while also overseeing the Training Department. Josh’s much-deserved promotion to his first directorial position comes after he spent almost two years as PRN’s Training Manager, which is the position that brought Josh to the company early in 2016. Still at the forefront of PRN’s ongoing training efforts, Josh also provides leadership for essential aspects of operations including ambulance and station safety, claim management, continuing education and much more. In a decade as an emergency medical services professional, Josh has gained valuable insights to the EMS and healthcare fields as an EMT, Paramedic, Field Training Officer, Field Supervisor and EMT Instructor in Los Angeles County. He is certified as an American Heart Association Instructor in basic life support, advanced cardiac life support and pediatric advanced life support, and is a certified Federal Emergency Medical Services Instructor.
